Composer / Arranger Details:

Andy Scott is a creative saxophonist who is equally at home playing different musical styles; contemporary classical, free improvisation, jazz, funk and salsa.

In 1998, after many years of collaborating with the respected drummer, Dave Hassell, the Hassell/Scott Duo was started. This highly innovative duo utilizes the full range of percussion and saxophones, has created it's own repertoire and their debut album 'Sand Dancer' was released on the Quartz Label.

The Duos latest project, "Summer with Monika" is a multimedia collaboration involving an actor and live images and is based around a performance of Roger McGoughs poem.
