The title of this son from Alta Verpaz means - "What an Indian!" Both this son and Tic are to be formed are to be found in the oral traditions of Guatemalan folk music. These two tunes were transcribed by Vida Chenoweth during the years 1957-63 during which time she was completing her milestone study which resulted in the book - The Marimbas of Guatemala.
