Collection of 10 ragtime solos with piano accompaniment. Includes: Basket of Roses, Butterfly Dance, The Coquette, Cupids Frolic, Nola, Old South: A Plantation Patrol, Polly, Simplicity, Sparkles and Valse Danseuse. All rags are about the same difficulty level. Good reading material for lessons. Collection of unaccompanied xylo solos. 7 mallet transcriptions of classic works include: Adagio from Moonlight Sonata, Asa`s Death from Peer Gynt Suite and Miserere: from Il Travatore. Most for 3 mallets. Some are relatively easy, and others are moderate. Written over two staves (right and left hand) with the left hand holding two mallets and playing in an accompaniment fashion with the right hand playing the melody. All are fairly slow. Good middle school piece introducing multiple mallet playing.
