Part 2 of the Marimba Suite would be a great high school recital, or college freshmen trio. Parts get a little tricky in this piece, marimba 1 player has 2 octave parts, and player 3 has syncopation parts between cymbal, snare drum, and floor tom. The tempo is set a 60 on the quarter note, so working through the parts shouldn t be difficult at tempo. Majority of this piece for player 1 and 2 are rolls, so at this tempo is should performed as musical as possible, adding the player 3 most likely for the groove.

a series of pieces for two percussionists on one 4 1/3 octave marimba plus a third percussionist on various non-pitched percussion instruments.
