The piece , as found in the envelope, has been chopped up unmercifully. The piece is really a sax composition with percussion accompaniment to create various textures and moods. No percussion parts are particulary difficult, b ut they would require maturity to be played well. The piece is highl multi-metered. Some sections of percussion are improvisational, and others are spacial in arrangement. Many interesting percussion effects are required throughout piece. The sax part is challenging but not a killer. Possibly applicable for a senior or masters recital.
