Stuart Sacks studied music composition at Boston University with Hugo Norden. As a composer he has written orchestral music for CBS-TV (Camera Three) in N.Y. He has also served as an arranger/piano accompaniest for former Met. Opera baritone, Calvin Marsh and he was the musical director of Summer Stock and Catskills.. He has received commissions from the  State of Delaware (bi-centennial celebration), Westminster Brass, numerous choirs, and various instrumental/vocal soloists & ensembles.

Scored for vibraphone (four-mallets) and flute, this work would be at home in a sacred setting or in the recital hall. The challenging vibraphone part offers many opportunities for artistic expression, while the flute part is less complex and easily accessible.
