| Composer / Arranger Details: When I was thirteen year's old, listening to a neighboring band, I discovered my interest in the drums. By coincidence, the solo timpanist of the Philharmonic Orchestra Kiel, Zulauf Paulgerfried was my drum teacher. In parallel, I also started piano lessons. My training was classically characterized and my personal preferences were in the jazz field and Rock/Pop. I played as a percussionist and Mallettspieler in the Latin jazz band "Toccata". I then formed a duo with Jens Schliecker called "Piano meets Vibes". Up to the beginning of my study, I attended three federal contests of "youth music". The percussion trio "centrioles" for which we won a 1st prize Federal Award. | |||||||||||||
