The Bang. series is designed to sequentially introduce developmental reading, technical concepts and expressive direction. In volume 1, basic band instruments are used to create an exciting first ensemble experience for the elementary percussion student. Emphasis is placed on the development of basic dynamics, accents, paradiddles and the investigation of canonic writing.
